1. Filling function

the volumetric quantitative cup filling principle, in big liquid cylinder in a 24 to 40 quantitative cup filling valve, filling in the area, this valve upside and large liquid cylinder are interlinked, quantitative cup to infuse oil; In filling area, the valve in the lower reach into the plastic drum, Supporting organization rises, the quantitative cup filling valve closed, and the quantitative cup oil directly into in plastic drum. within Quantitative cup filling valve with a precision adjustable device. Filling valve in none filling area, drops of oil for 2-5 drops, and equipped with integrated oil pan

2. Capping ,

The machine is equipped with 6 capping end. The plastic caps are elevated to the capping machine by a certain conveyor. By rotary the caps are sent to a specific position to start the capping procedure.

3.The automatic filling part is equipped with an  lifting devices and can realize the automatic control on basis of  bottle type in different specifications.

4.A high degree of automation
